A product I’ve seen is no longer available?
- We have limited quantities of items and once an item sells out, it generally takes us two weeks to restock.
Do you have a different size?
- We only have the sizes listed on the product page in stock. We unfortunately only carry limited sizes in stock.
Do you make special orders?
- We unfortunately do not make special orders.
Do you restock items?
- Once something has sold out, we generally will restock items in two weeks.
What if something is wrong with my order?
- Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
How do I cancel an order?
- Write us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.
How do I use my promo code?
- You can enter your promo code in your shopping cart, just above the checkout button.
How do I check my order status?
- Once you log in to your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your order status.
Do you ship worldwide?
- We currently ship only in the US!
What is the cost of shipping in the USA?
- All US orders over $250 receive free shipping! Priority and Express shipment options vary in price by destination and can be calculated on the checkout page.
Something is missing from my order?
- Please email us at email@example.com so we can correct any order error.
How fast is your shipping?
- Shipping within the US generally takes 2-5 business days. Everything is shipped by USPS Priority Mail and express options are available.
Something won’t load?

The site won’t let me order?
- Please let us know of the problem email@example.com. If you need additional help ordering, email us the items you’d like to purchase and we can set up a custom order for you.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Can I return an item I bought on sale?
- Sale items are final, and cannot be returned. The unauthorized return of sale items will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and store credit only.
